Name: Jake
ID#: A#45172 Age: 4 years Sex: Neutered Male
Breed: Domestic Longhair - Orange Tiger
Date into shelter: 7/24/10 Reason for surrender: Child allergic Jake is a big orange marshmallow of a cat, with the most amazingly plush coat. He loves to languidly stretch out, showing you the tufts between his toes. Jake seems to like cats and dogs (and humans, of course!) and loves to be picked up so he can make biscuits with his paws on your shoulder. The APF is completely filled with cats, and we need adopters urgently! This time of year, the shelter can receive over 50 cats a week, and there is not enough space for them all. Now is the time to adopt!
We’re ending summer with a bang! Thursday nights in August are Festa Nights at APF on Maple Ave, Scotia – feast on treats from Perreca’s Bakery, enter to win an amazing Italian-themed raffle basket, and be one of the first 100 adopters to win a $25 gift card to More Perreca’s. Think the track is the only August place to be? Forgetaboutit! All cat & kitten adoptions still half off!
